Jonathan Holbrook
Jonathan is the owner of the business and has been involved in arboriculture for over 30 years. He has a wealth of experience in both the commercial and domestic sectors of the industry and takes pride in completing work to a very high standard. He studied at the Royal Agricultural College obtaining a Degree in Agriculture & Land Management, after which he chose to specialise in trees. Further studies at Merrist Wood and Plumpton College completed his training gaining a further qualification, the RFS Certificate in Arboriculture.
Jonathan is responsible for the day to day management of the business and still helps the teams on site when needed. He has maintained good relationships with clients over the years, with a large proportion of work being repeat business.
Outside of work he is a keen skier and is a BASI qualified Ski Instructor. He also enjoys mountain biking, fishing and spending time with family & friends.

Richard
Richard has worked with us as a Groundsman. He works with the climbers and stays on the ground to process the branches and timber they remove from the tree. He’s either chipping wood or cutting wood into logs and then tidying up at the end. Richard’s hobbies include cycling, reading, creating music and hillwalking.

Helen Holbrook
Helen has worked in the family business for several years, as Marketing Communications Manager. Her great people skills and attention to detail, help her to bring a personal edge and clear focus to the running of the business.
Helen previously worked for a range of companies, from charities to film production. She is a qualified Integrative Counsellor MBACP and also qualified as a BASI Ski Instructor.
She is married to Jonathan and they have two children. Helen enjoys skiing, swimming, journaling and coffee with friends.
